Yes! We specialise in rehoming pre-loved saddles. While some may have cosmetic marks, scratches, or minor cuts, we will always highlight any imperfections in our product photos and descriptions. Rest assured – we will never sell a broken or unsafe saddle.

❓ Can I trial a saddle before committing?

Yes! We offer a three-day trial period for all our saddles & accessories. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Purchase the saddle you want to trial.

2️⃣ We’ll ship it within 24 hours via next-day delivery.

3️⃣ Once the saddle arrives, your three-day trial starts.

4️⃣ If it’s not the right fit, return it within the timeframe.

❓ Do you buy saddles?

Yes, we do! If you have a GP (General Purpose) saddle from a trusted UK brand, you can sell it to us hassle-free. Simply visit our Sell a Saddle page for full details.

❓ How fast is shipping?

We ship all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). UK customers receive their saddles via next-day delivery.

❓ Can I return a saddle?

Yes! If the saddle isn’t suitable, simply return it within three days as part of our trial policy.
